Biography

An Italian architect and designer, representative of the Milan School of Modernism. He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan. In the post-war years, he participated in the reconstruction of the city and developed his own approach, combining modern architecture with attention to historical context. Caccia Dominioni worked in architecture, interior design, and product design. His projects are characterized by restrained forms, precise handling of proportions and materials, as well as attention to detail and the urban environment. He designed residential and public buildings, as well as furniture, lighting, and interior elements. The designer collaborated with several Italian manufacturers, including Azucena, a company he co-founded with partners. His items are distinguished by functionality and thoughtful construction.
